Success Story – June – Ms. Phillips
Ms. Paula Phillips arrived at Canton Oaks after a hospitalization due to a fall. Upon admission, she required staff assistance for daily living activities and walking.
Paula engaged in her rehabilitation journey, working closely with the facility dedicated physicians, nursing, and therapy teams to devise a specialized treatment plan.
We are excited to share that her hard work paid off. She is now walking over 300 feet with a walker, performing transfers without assistance, and is completing all activities of daily living.
Ms. Phillips is preparing to return home, due to the exceptional care delivered by the team at Canton Oaks.
