Keep up the good work, Ms. Rodgers!

Ms. Rodgers was admitted to Canton Oaks following a ground level fall that resulted in a left hip fracture. Upon admission, she required some hep form our care staff to get in and out of bed, transferring, and she could only walk short distances with a rolling walker due to pain and instability.

Additionally, she needed caregiver assistance to complete dressing tasks. Through her determination and support of our skilled therapy team, Ms. Rodgers made remarkable progress. Over the course of her therapy, she worked diligently to regain strength, mobility, and independence.
